From June 26th to 28th, 2024, Microstone New Material, as a leading exhibitor in the field of thermal conductive powder, made its appearance at the 12th International Thermal Conductive and Heat Dissipation Materials Exhibition with a brand-new look and products.

In February 2024, the production base of Microstone New Material located in the New Materials Industrial Park in Dazhou, Sichuan, was put into use and has already achieved stable product supply to customers. The first phase of the new plant covers an area of 5,000 square meters, with an annual production capacity of 4,000 tons. It has passed the ISO9001 system certification. The spherical aluminum production line covers the entire process, including screening, spheroidization, water washing, particle size control, and surface treatment.

The Dazhou base has not only enhanced its delivery capabilities but also accelerated the formal mass production of the spherical aluminum nitride product series. Currently, the relevant products have passed the certification of multiple customers and have shown outstanding performance in high thermal conductivity application fields such as artificial intelligence and communication security. With the expansion of industry applications, more diverse nitride product series will be derived in the future.
